This course offers a hands-on exploration of upcycling non standard timber by merging traditional woodwork with cutting-edge technology. Students will design and fabricate real-scale urban furniture for a community biogarden, moving beyond standard construction methods to investigate the future of sustainable architecture.
Students will learn how to design with non-standard, reclaimed materials, practical experience, with human-robot collaboration and adaptive wood joinery.
The course will be conducted in an intensive workshop in two weeks with both digital preparation, pre-fabrication and on-site assembly work.
