Benjamin Ennemoser is an architect and researcher working at the intersection of computational design, digital fabrication, and emerging technologies. He studied architecture at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Applied Arts Vienna. He has held teaching positions at leading institutions including UCLA, where he has been a lecturer since 2016, and is currently a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University.
His work explores design speculation through AI, machine learning, robotics, soft robotics, VR/AR, and interactive architectural systems. He has received several research fellowships, such as the Tische-Stipendium, the prestigious Dr. Otto Seibert-Stipendien-Schenkung, and the Start-Grant. Benjamin has published and exhibited his research internationally and has presented at major academic institutions and conferences across the US and Europe.
He has taught courses and workshops at the University of Innsbruck, the University of Applied Arts Vienna, the University of Fine Arts Vienna, and YunTech University in Taiwan. As a licensed architect in Italy, his practice spans experimental design methodologies and speculative architectural futures.
